City Approved Cultivation Opportunity

C1A is pleased to announce that they have an agreement in place to assist a city permitted marijuana cultivation to find an investment partner to help complete a 5000 sq ft licensed grow. The building owner and his cultivation team are looking for one group to assist in the financing for a portion of the monthly yearly proceeds.  The minimum investment on this opportunity is close to five hundred thousand dollars. The build-out is expected to be completed and approved by city officials in July 2015.
